Carly will collaborate with you to best understand your vision. Then, she will assist you in creating a design or plan that suits your style, budget, and timeline. Sinks and faucets or Invisacook tops may very well be part of this discussion.
Our team in the design centre will guide you through the many surface options available that make good sense based on the initial information provided.
Once your selections and dimensions are in place, we’ll prepare a detailed estimate with options—so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises.
Once reviewed and accepted, a deposit is secured, and material is ordered immediately. A template and accurate measurements are then scheduled.
On the pre-arranged date and time, our team will complete a laser templating and measurement session to capture the exact dimensions. These measurements are used to generate CAD files for our CNC Breton equipment to begin our cutting and shaping process.
This should be taking place (template to install) within approximately 7 days from the date of templating - not 2-3 weeks! Carly will provide a helpful handout outlining everything you need to know, including: • What to prepare before installation (especially if it’s a retrofit) • Do’s and don’ts for caring for your new surfaces • Cleaning instructions • Warranty information With our expert guidance and attention to detail, you’ll feel confident every step of the way.
